New Orleans AAE — Provided regulatory and technical support over several years to this local, New Orleans advocacy group. Reviewed and critiqued Entergy New Orleans Potential Study and assisted in drafting an RFP so that the New Orleans City Council, the utility regulatory body in New Orleans, could undertake their own Potential Study. Work was funded by the Regulatory Assistance Project.
