Enbridge and Union Gas pre-2015 DSM plans — Critically reviewed both Enbridge and Union Gas’ multi-year DSM Plans, including savings targets, budgets, program designs, cost-effectiveness analyses, shareholder incentive mechanisms and related issues. Helped negotiate settlements and/or filing expert witness testimony as appropriate. Also, served as elected stakeholder representative on evaluation committees that oversaw all evaluation of utility programs, including annual savings audits.
