GMP Tier 3 Plan Support — Supported the initial development of GMP’s compliance plan for the Vermont RPS “Tier 3” requirement that utilities reduce their customers’ direct consumption of fossil fuels (with growing annual fossil fuel savings targets). Also provided feedback to GMP on the reasonableness of estimates of fossil fuel reductions from custom C&I projects.
