In EFG’s continuing work at the intersection of real estate and energy performance, Richard Faesy was asked to review a seminal document Making the Value Visible: A Blueprint to Transforming the High-Performing Homes Market by Showcasing Clean and Efficient Energy Improvements for Elevate Energy and the Building Performance Association. This new white paper is an update of the original 2013 version which was a first-of-its-kind document for the energy efficiency industry. The goal: provide a step-by-step guide to make high-performing homes visible in the real estate transaction. EFG and our industry partners continue the goal of making energy visible to help markets to work as they should.
